峴港海灘M套房酒店 (M Suite Danang Beach)

Мы в третий раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Все остальные гостиницы - через дорогу от моря, а этот прямо на пляже. Самые лучшие номера на 1 этаже с видом на море. Там есть своя терраса с шезлонгами.

The hotel does not have a drop off but the helpful staffs will carry the luggage from the carpark to the lobby - about 40 steps. The hotel is directly located next to the bench making it convenient if you visiting the bench. To grab taxi or grab food very convenient.

There’s a lot to love about this hotel. And the main benefit (a huge one) is the location; M Suite Danang Beach is situated on My Khe Beach itself. Not near, but on. While many beachfront properties in the area are located a busy street away (crossing the road in Vietnam is always a headache), M Suite overlooks directly to sandy beach. You can literally walk up to the sand in a few seconds. The hotel even has a tap at the edge of the property to wash off the sand before coming back. The sea view rooms are well-worth the price solely for the view it comes with. The infinity pool, while small, makes for a perfect location to soak in the vibes. Bonus points for being a fantastic Instagrammable backdrop too. And breakfast (a la carte offerings) was decent. Room cleanliness was satisfactory and the staff was warm and helpful. Some cons: The warm water for the bathtub and shower can be unreliable. And the wifi speed in the room is spotty. Though the main issue lies in soundproofing; the hotel is located right next to a restaurant and beach club, so you can imagine the loud music that is played well into the night (past 10pm). It is less of an issue if you usually stay out late, but those hoping to get an early night’s rest will also definitely find it difficult to do so. Noise from the lobby and adjacent rooms can also creep in.

地點位置極佳，剛好住在一樓海景房，打開房門走下樓梯就是整片海灘，隔壁就有海鮮餐廳、西餐廳、酒吧 唯一美中不足的地方是淋浴設備，水溫有點忽冷忽熱，但整體來說算很滿意唷！

前台服務很親切 房間衛生OK 分配的房間一出來就是泳池與健身房 從泳池望出去就是海灘 下次來還是會居住它

Location is good but we didn't like how the room doesn't have any windows. Staffs are very friendly and helpful in every ways. Massage is great 👍

Nice sea view and so nice hospitality. My stays in Danang is awesome. This room is in front of My khe beach so we can hear wave sounds. Room is very clean and confortable. If I come danang again, definitely I will stay this hotel again. Thank you!

This is a boutique hotel with swimming pool on the roof. Small swimming pool but very cozy. Direct access to the pool. However, there may be some privacy issue as my room is right next to the restaurant. I feel insecure when I shower.

This hotel’s staff and service is very very poor and clearly only money driven. We booked the hotel unfortunately for the wrong dates, of course our mistake, but we only found out when we arrived at night with a small baby of 6 months old. We were completely unaware of this mistake and arrived on the day of the check out. We booked 3 days. Then when we arrived we were informed of this booking mistake by the front desk. The hotel did not make any attempt to contact us or 訂房網站 after we did not show up for 3 days. When we arrived, after traveling all day with our small baby there was no solution offered not even considered they said they couldn’t contact us. 訂房網站 informed us the hotel did not register this stay as a ‘no show’ so they were completely unaware. Of course it’s our fault of booking the wrong dates, but it’s a shame the hotel did not make any attempt to contact us directly or via 訂房網站 when we did not show up for 3 days in a row. Also, it shows of poor service if no solution is offered to help out guest who traveled the whole day with a little baby… so they send us away at 8pm when the baby was completely stressed out and tired. I would expect they care more about there guests and would try to offer a decent solution. The hotel wasn’t sold out for those nights… but we decided to look for a different hotel after this poor welcome in Danang. We did not feel welcomed at all and not helped in any way. The staff was cold and was only sticking to their policies. They also told us they have notified 訂房網站.com of our no show, but 訂房網站.com said they have not. And I received a ‘review your stay’ email that same evening.. so it was clearly not true. They kept on saying they don’t have our contact details because be booked via 訂房網站.com, they told us if we would have booked differently they would have contacted us for sure… well they did not contact 訂房網站 at all so that’s probably not their procedure to check in on guest who are not showing up… poor and very cold service of a small hotel you won’t expect it… we stay more often in Danang and will never choose this hotel or affiliated hotels any more! And I would recommend if you stay with small children,, not to consider this hotel as they are completely not caring about their guest and their littles ones well-being. Just money and procedure driven.
